Grading System
All grades will be calculated on the points system. This means each test, project, quiz, class assignment, and homework assignment will be given a point value. At the end of the grading term, all the earned points of the student will be added together and divided by the possible points. The answer will give the percentage earned for that subject.
Most assignments/assessments will fall under one of the following categories. For assignments/assessments that do not, I will specify the point value when the assignment is given.
Daily Homework Assignments – 5 points
Classwork – 10 points
Lesson Quizzes – Varies – 1 point per problem
Quizzes – Varies – Around 30 – 60 points
Projects – 100 points
Tests – 100 points
